SECTION 4 - WIX
Our store is hosted at Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our products and services.
Your data is stored through the Wix data warehouse, databases and the general Wix application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall and under SSL security.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix stores your credit card details. It is encrypted through the Standard Data Security of the Payment Card Industry (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only to the extent necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After it is completed, your purchase transaction information is erased.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards established by PCI-DSS as indicated by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information from stores and their service providers.

Once your request is submitted in the pre-established format, the Privacy Office may request, in a period not exceeding 5 business days, the information and / or documentation necessary for its monitoring, as well as for the accreditation of your identity, according to the terms established by the Legislation. So you will have 10 business days after receipt, to meet this requirement. Otherwise your request will be considered as not filed. In a later period of 20 business days, said Office will issue a resolution, which will be notified to you by the means of contact established in your request. Once the resolution is issued and if it is appropriate (partially or totally), the Privacy Office will have 15 business days to adopt said resolution.
The terms and deadlines indicated in the preceding paragraphs, may be extended only once if necessary and you must be notified through the means of contact that you have established.
